Thank you for your interest in the new and innovative T-RUST graduate program. Please read this page in its entirety before starting your application. Please note that to be considered for admission, prospective students must already have been awarded admission into a graduate program at Wayne State University.

Application Requirements

Academic Statement of Purpose: Your statement of purpose should be no longer than 500 words or 2 pages double spaced. It should detail your educational and career goals and how our program will fit into your objectives. It should also describe your academic and research background, including your STEM experience, explaining how it will help you contribute to TRUST.

Cv or Resume: Please upload a CV or Resume detailing your academic, professional, leadership and volunteer endeavors.

Unofficial Transcripts: Please upload your transcripts as a PDF document on the application page. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable.

Letters of Recommendation: At least 1 letter of recommendation specific to the TRUST program is required, however no more than 3 letters are accepted. Letters of recommendation must be emailed by the letter writer to:

Please check the deadlines for specific departments and the graduate school, as their deadlines will precede the deadline for the T-RUST program.
